For over 20 years, I proudly served in the Canadian Armed Forces, dedicating my life to service, leadership, and teamwork. During my military career, I was deployed to Afghanistan and took part in Operation Medusa in 2006, one of the most significant combat operations involving Canadian forces during the Afghanistan conflict.
Those years in uniform shaped who I am today. The military taught me discipline, resilience, accountability, and the importance of staying calm and focused under pressure. It also gave me a deep respect for the people beside me and the environments in which we operate.
Experience Forged Through Operation Medusa
Serving in Afghanistan during Operation Medusa was a defining chapter of my life. Operating in high-pressure and unpredictable conditions required constant focus, strong leadership, and the ability to make important decisions when it mattered most.
The lessons learned during combat deployment continue to influence every part of how I operate today — staying composed in difficult situations, preparing carefully, adapting to changing conditions, leading with professionalism, and building trust within a team environment.
Military Discipline Meets Waterfowl Guiding Experience
Alongside my military career, I have spent more than two decades as a professional waterfowl guide and outfitter. Hunting has never been just a hobby for me — it is a lifelong passion and a commitment to delivering safe, organized, and memorable outdoor experiences.
Every hunt is approached with detailed planning, respect for wildlife and landowners, strong field leadership, safety-first operations, and ethical hunting practices. My goal is simple: to provide every client with an authentic, well-prepared, and unforgettable hunting experience built on trust, professionalism, and respect.
A Client Experience Built on Trust & Preparation
Every client experience is handled with the same mindset that guided me through both military service and years in the field — be prepared, stay focused, respect the people around you, and do the job with care. From the first conversation to the final moments of the hunt, my goal is to create an experience that feels professional, safe, organized, and genuinely memorable.
